Returns and Refunds
- Customised Badges - are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded once the order has reached the processing stage.
If there is an error in the design or text due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order for a resolution.
Non-Customised Badges - Non-customised badges - can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
Cancellations
Orders for customised badges can be cancelled only before they enter the processing stage. Once processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Non-customised badge orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
